We monitor warnings across our network, deliver SMS alerts to the counties you choose, and maintain a trusted list of road, school, and community closures submitted by staff, partners, and the public. Quad County Weather is not a replacement for official warnings from the National Weather Service or instructions from local emergency management. We amplify those messages, add local context where we can, and work to close gaps—especially in rural areas where every minute of lead time counts.
